An up and coming professional triathlete from New York City, I attended Williams College, earning admission to the Phi Beta Kappa society, and started medical school at Columbia University in 2013. I picked up triathlon (with no swim background at all!) in 2015 and have progressed quickly, placing 3rd at the 2016 amateur World Triathlon Championships. Career Highlights include 1st place 2015 Age Group National Champs, 1st place Philadelphia Triathlon, 1st amateur NYC Triathlon, collegiate all-star cycling team in 2014, Sub-3hr marathon. In 2017, I will be making the step up to race as a professional while continuing to do research as a medical student. My focus will include both 70.3 and Olympic distance races.
